Head of Policy and Advocacy
This is a senior position at the NAPF with responsibility for leading the NAPF’s policy and advocacy work. Reporting to the Director of Policy, and working closely with the Head of Research and Strategic Policy, this role is a great opportunity to lead the policy development work of the NAPF and be at the heart of a well-recognised and proactive trade association.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of operating at a senior level - someone who is able to manage the work of the policy team and act as an external ambassador for the NAPF.

Policy Lead DB: pensions and investment
This post heads up the NAPF’s work on Defined Benefit (DB) pensions and investment. It is an exciting role that will allow the post holder to shape the future development of the NAPF’s policy on DB pensions and risk sharing. We are looking for someone who can work autonomously to develop, promote and implement NAPF policy, and who can build good relations with our members.

Policy Adviser: DC pensions and investment
This role sits within the NAPF’s Defined Contribution (DC) pensions “hub” and will play a full and active role in the development and implementation of the NAPF’s DC work programme. We are looking for someone who is comfortable dealing with policy and advocacy work and has some interest or experience in DC pensions and/or investment.

Pension Quality Mark (PQM) Assistant
This role is to support the PQM Manager in promoting and administering the NAPF’s PQM initiative which recognises and rewards good quality pension provision. The job holder would initially be expected to take on responsibility for administration and marketing support. There is scope for this role to be developed and it is expected that over time responsibilities would be extended to cover other areas of the PQM. Pensions knowledge would be an advantage or an interest and willingness to learn.
