The Board is responsible for the NAPF's overall strategy and direction and for the oversight of its
operations and finances. The Board, which comprises Executive and Non-Executive Directors, is accountable to
the members through its
Annual Report, Annual and
Extraordinary General Meetings and by means of published statements.
