Damien is a consultant within Aon Hewitt’s Investment Practice. He joined Aon Hewitt in January 2004 and has worked in investment and pensions for over 14 years. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and an Associate of the UK Society of Investment Professionals and is involved with advising defined benefit pension fund clients on all aspects of their investment requirements, such as: investment objectives; investment strategy; manager structures; asset transfers; manager selections and monitoring of investment arrangements. Damien is lead consultant on three clients ranging from £50m to £250m, a senior member of teams advising three of Aon Hewitt’s largest clients, with assets ranging from £7 billion to £16 billion.

Damien’s additional responsibilities include overseeing the compliance function for the London investment practice and managing Aon Hewitt’s trustee training programme on investment.
