Investment today for tomorrow's needs: Choices, challenges and change

NAPF Investment Conference 2009
11 - 13 March, Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC)

About the Event

The NAPF Investment Conference is an exceptional event specifically designed to address the key investment choices, challenges and changes faced by defined benefit & defined contribution pension funds and institutional investors.

The conference will focus on key issues, principally how asset owners and institutional investors should re-focus their thinking to meet the challenge of huge market volatility and restricted liquidity in the world economy.

In addition a variety of contemporary subjects including responsible investment, diversification, investing after decumulation, absolute returns, private equity, risk management, corporate and pension fund governance, default funds, emerging markets, and much more will be covered. As in previous years, the popular Trustee Learning Zone will convene immediately prior to the main conference programme.

The event attracts a diverse range of pension and investment professionals. Delegates have the opportunity to network with hundreds of fellow pension professionals including plan sponsor representatives, pension scheme managers, trustees, investment managers and professional advisers.

So if you are involved in pension fund or institutional investment, this is THE event of the year.

In response to these challenging economic times, delegate fees for NAPF fund members have been reduced by 5 per cent from those in 2008, and registration for business members has been held at 2008 levels.
