Sara Hughes is a solicitor with Wragge & Co LLP.  She has been a pensions lawyer for over twenty years, since joining that firm’s pensions team on qualifying.  She advises a range of trustees and employers on all aspects of the law relating to occupational pension schemes.  She currently advises the trustees of several schemes with mixed benefits, and she has significant experience in scheme mergers.

Sara has been involved in good governance and risk management issues for trustees for many years.  She advises trustee boards and employers on managing conflicts of interest and on adopting appropriate solutions to conflict and confidentiality issues.
