Mike Webb is a principal and actuary at Aon Hewitt.  He joined the firm in 1989, after graduating with a mathematics degree from Oxford University, and qualified as a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 1992.

Mike leads Hewitt's Trustee Advisory Group based in Epsom, and he advises trustees of occupational pension schemes on a wide variety of pension issues.  These include scheme valuations and funding strategy, individual and bulk transfers, scheme mergers and the impact of government pensions reform.  Away from pensions, Mike is a keen runner and mountaineer with a young family.
