Paul is Head of DC Consultant Relations at BlackRock with responsibility for driving the UK DC consultant strategy.  He joined BlackRock in July 2011 from NEST (National Employment Savings Trust) where he was Director of Market Engagement with responsibility for designing and implementing the overall market proposition and distribution strategy.

Prior to NEST, Paul was Head of Sales Proposition at MetLife where he developed a strategy to provide a new corporate pensions product.  He has also been responsible for proposition development at Legal & General and Prudential.

He is married with two young children.
