The
Pensions Regulator
The
Pensions Regulator is responsible for the supervision of occupational
and personal pension schemes (where there is an employer contribution)
and was set up in April 2005. It works closely with the regulated
community to develop a risk based strategy for pension schemes.
NAPF as the undisputed voice of workplace pensions is one of the
Pensions Regulator’s principal stakeholder bodies. NAPF holds
regular meetings with the Chairman, Directors and senior officials
as well as responding to consultation documents, links to the most
recent responses are below. These and our continuing dialogue help
shape the regulatory environment.
