Terms & conditions of event registration
All events
- All cancellations must be notified in writing
- All bookings are payable within 14 days. Late payment of the booking may result in the delegate's place being lost
- NAPF reserves the right to alter the programme, speakers, dates or venue at any time, without notice. Should for any reason the venue change or the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism, extreme weather, disease control, industrial action, act of God or any eventuality beyond the control of NAPF, we shall endeavour to reschedule; but the client hereby indemnifies NAPF and holds NAPF harmless from and against any costs, damages and expenses, including legal fees, incurred by the client
- VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate
Training courses
- Cancellation received more than 1 month prior to the event start date; fee refunded less a cancellation charge of £50+VAT
- Cancellation received less than 1 month prior to the event start date; no refund
- NAPF cannot transfer you to another date if you are unable to attend the event
Conferences
Investment Conference
- Cancellation received more than 1 month prior to the event start date; fee refunded less a cancellation charge of £200+VAT
- Cancellation received less than 1 month prior to the event start date; no refund
- Registration to the Trustee Learning Zone is required in addition to registration for the conference
- Participation in the Trustee Learning Zone is only available to registered conference delegates who are trustees
- Places at the Trustee Learning Zone are non-refundable
Local Authority Conference
- Cancellation received more than 1 month prior to the event start date; fee refunded less a cancellation charge of £150+VAT
- Cancellation received less than 1 month prior to the event start date; no refund
Annual Conference & Exhibition
- If a free place is cancelled less than one month prior to the event or if you fail to attend the event a charge of £200+VAT will apply
- Cancellations of paid for places received more than 1 month prior to the event start date will incur a cancellation charge of £200+VAT.
- Cancellation received less than 1 month prior to the event start date; no refund
Trustee Conference
- Cancellation received more than 1 month prior to the event start date; fee refunded less a cancellation charge of £50+VAT
- Cancellation received less than 1 month prior to the event start date; no refund
