Terms & conditions of publications purchases
Terms & Conditions
- Where publications are supplied in PDF format, the National Association of Pension Funds Limited (NAPF) licences to the purchaser for a sole user (for single user licences) or unlimited users (for multi user licences) of the staff of the purchaser (directly or via their intranet library). The licence is offered on a non-refundable, non-transferable basis.
- NAPF does not permit the copying, duplication or distribution of NAPF publications in whole or part to others for any purpose whatsoever.
- Any reference to the NAPF publications for any reason in work presented by the purchaser internally or externally, must be attributed and referenced to NAPF.
- The use of the NAPF brand is not permitted without the express written permission of NAPF.
- No adverse or negative references to NAPF should be made in connection with the data provided. For the avoidance of doubt, such restriction is not intended to prevent the purchaser from expressing independent views or providing objective commentary thereon.
- NAPF accepts no liability whatsoever including for consequential losses, arising from any errors or omissions in data provided in NAPF publications.
- This agreement will be terminated with immediate effect if the purchaser commits any material breech of the agreement which cannot be remedied to NAPF’s satisfaction within 30 days of written notice from NAPF, or if the purchaser becomes insolvent.
- The terms of this agreement should remain confidential between the parties.
