Eleanor is an associate solicitor at specialist pensions law firm Sacker & Partners LLP, where she has worked since qualifying as a solicitor in 2003.  Eleanor advises both trustees and employers of a wide range of occupational pension schemes, ranging from the modestly sized to the very large.  Her practice covers all areas of pensions law, but she has particular experience in the areas of scheme benefit change, assisting trustees with understanding corporate events, pensions tax legislation and scheme mergers.
