NAPF East Midlands Local Group

Introduction

The aims of the Group are to provide assistance to those who are involved in the running of pension schemes in the East Midlands region and to support and promote the objects of the NAPF. To achieve this we provide a forum for pension professionals to discuss, debate and review pension-related subjects.

The Group meets five or six times a year, usually bi-monthly between October and June.

Meetings are held at different member organisation locations around the East Midlands region. The meetings usually start at 2.30 pm and finish with tea/coffee by about 4.15 pm . The geographical spread of membership ranges from Spalding in the east to Hinckley in the west of the region and from Chesterfield in the north to Milton Keynes in the south of the region.

The Group is managed by a Committee of volunteers, made up of Pension Managers and Scheme Advisers. The present Honorary Officers of the Committee are:

  • Treasurer -  Maralyn Thomas , Harvey Ingram LLP, Leicester  

 

Subscriptions

Annual membership subscriptions are set to meet only the Group's ongoing expenses and are currently at the level of £10 for companies affiliated with the NAPF and £20 for non-NAPF members.
